FHA Security acquires Guardhome Ltd; Strengthens Its Position in the Security Industry

Ltd) has acquired Guardhome Ltd on 26th November 2021.
Guardhome Ltd, is a multi-award winning, premium, dedicated, and customer
centric security installation and maintenance company based in Harlow, Essex.
Established in 2004 by founder Mr. Eric Chorley, who is a well-recognised and
reputed security specialist. Guardhome Ltd specialises in the
installation and maintenance of security products like intruder alarms, CCTV
solutions, and door entry systems for commercial and residential customers
across Southeast England. Mr. Chorley commented on the recent sale: “I’ve been
looking to find an able partner to take over the business and having spent a
lot of time talking to prospective buyers, I could see shared values and ethos
between Guardhome and FHA and we are happy to see our customers continue to be
looked after at the same level of care and support we offered over the years.”
With this acquisition, FHA
Security strengthens its position as a premium independent security installer
in Southeast England. The company will continue working with Eric and his team
to manage the transition of services to all Guardhome customers with minimum
interruption. The MD of FHA Security, says the organisational structure of
Guardhome, will remain the same and there will be no changes in the roles of
the top officials as well.
