FINALISTS AT FIRE & SECURITY EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2020

We are thrilled to announce that FHA is a finalist in the Fire and Excellence Awards 2020 for the Customer Care initiative.

We're so excited that we've made it to the top 10 list for this prestigious award twice in a row now. 2020 has been a difficult year for all of us. And even in these difficult situations, our team worked relentlessly to serve our customers.

As an organisation, we've always believed in a customer-centric approach, and our flexible finance initiative truly portrays it. Helping people to secure their homes has always been our focus. And we understand that buying home security systems isn't always cheap. Keeping this in mind, we have introduced flexible payment options for new product purchases, and in no time is it becoming quite popular, and people have started to opt for these payment options.
